For more than 23 years, Stephen has been front and center in assisting individuals and organizations reach their potential and beyond. With a passion for people, processes, and measurable results, Stephen has promoted and facilitated change and renewal in people and workplaces.
He is a big picture person who, in partnership with his clients, has the acumen for developing realistic and concrete action plans. His background in adult education has resulted in his client service model of developing people & organizations towards self sufficiency.
As senior consultant to many diverse client groups, Stephen is known for his integrity, creativity and his ability to identify and solve problems and to bring people together to achieve common goals.
His interest-based approach to labour/management relations has assisted organizations to transform their employee labour relations. Stephen is very skilled at the complex task of labour negotiations in that he approaches it with clear understanding and enlightened explanation of the issues and demonstrated respect of needs/interests of all parties.
An active member on not-for-profit boards, he has provided expertise in human resource and organizational effectiveness.
Stephen has completed a Master of Arts degree in Political Science with an emphasis in provincial public policy and administration. He also has a BA in Theological Studies and extensive study in organization and leadership development and alternative dispute resolution.
With a commitment passion for lifelong learning, he continues to engage in advanced training in talent management and organization effectiveness.
